Sweet little Anna!
I am going to need to do some serious catching up on my blog for my last few sessions, but I just had to post a few from sweet little Anna's newborn session!! Enjoy :)
No more regular sessions - Morning spots open for July 12th!
While the evening sessions are booked, the two morning sessions are still available for Monday, July 12th! Contact me at michelle@michelledimaiophotography.com if you'd like to reserve one!Also, I won't be taking regular sessions for at least the rest of 2010. As much as I love my work and the opportunity to work with such amazing clients and friends, my family is my priority. My children seem to be growing up before my very eyes and, despite my best efforts to capture their childhood in images, it's slipping away far too quickly. So I'm taking more time with them for a while. Don't worry if you don't get one of the July 12th spots (two morning sessions are still open), I am planning to repeat the digital sessions one day this fall (likely the first or second week in November) to get great autumn color and CDs to everyone in time for Christmas gifts. Thanks for understanding as I try to perfect (haha!) the ever-elusive work-family balance!
KISS - Keeping It Simple for Summer! CDs with Print Release!
I'm so excited to announce my first foray into Digital Sessions! I'm Keeping It Simple for Summer with just 1 day of digital sessions on Monday, July 12th. I will not be scheduling regular sessions during the month of July, so this is my way to keep it simple and also offer something new!
WHO? Anyone! First come first serve! Email me at michelle@michelledimaiophotography.com and let me know which timeslot you want. Sessions are good for up to 4 family members. Get in touch soon, I'm thinking these are going to go quickly!!
WHAT? Each session will last up to 1 hour and the session fee of $75 is due at scheduling. After our session, you will view the proofs online and choose the images you'd like included on your High Resolution CD with a signed Print Release. You can then make unlimited copies of these images to share as prints, on email, facebook, digital photo frames, etc.! Think of all those gifts you've checked off your list for the grandparents!! :)
WHEN? Four 1-hour sessions on Monday, July 12th. Starttimes of 8am, 9am, 6:30pm, and 7:30 pm. The rain date is Tuesday, July 13th at the very same session times.
1 -- $400 - 8 unique images each presented in black and white AND color (for a total of 16 High Resolution Files suitable for printing in unlimited quantities) as well as the same images in a low-resolution web-ready format perfect for Facebook, email, personal web pages, digital photo frames, etc.
2 -- $600 - 16 unique images each presented in black and white AND color (for a total of 32 High Resolution Files suitable for printing in unlimited quantities) as well as the same images in a low-resolution web-ready format perfect for Facebook, email, personal web pages, digital photo frames, etc.
3 -- $800 - ALL of the gallery images in High Resolution Files presented in black and white AND color as well as low-resolution versions of ALL of those files.
With the quick turnaround, you can expect your CD of digital files in the mail in less than 1 week from payment and you can get started printing, scrapbooking, and sharing away!! :)
WHY? Mostly, just because y'all are asking! The requests for digital file options have exploded in the past year or so. I want to find ways to grow and change my business that works for myself and my family and also continues to meet the needs of my awesome clients (that's you)! People are really coming around to understanding and appreciating the value of having the digital files for printing, sharing and also just for archiving for later generations. Nevermind just the gift-giving potential - Think of all of the Christmas, birthday, Mother's Day and Father's Day gifts you just got! With unlimited reproduction rights for your personal use, you can print 100 copies of your favorite image to share with all your friends or a set of each of the images for Grandma to show off to all her friends!
So what to do? EMAIL me for your session (michelle@michelledimaiophotography.com) or tell a friend if you'll be on vacation on the 12th and can't make it yourself! Can't wait to get started on these!

Baby Makes Three!
This adorable little girl was just over a week old and so easy! In fact, we had to work VERY hard at the end of the session just to wake her for a few shots of her beautiful eyes! Special thanks to Patticake Posh for the adorable hat and knit cradle! So cute!

Adorable little Ben had to wait a while for his session, but it was definitely worth the wait! Despite being a little older than my usual newborns, he was just as agreeable and snoozy as a 4 or 5 day old! Big brother Evan (here's a link to our big boy session earlier this spring) was so sweet with Ben, too! Hope y'all love the sneak peek!
What a difference a year makes!!
I had the pleasure of photographing these beautiful girls almost exactly 1 year apart - what a change in little Lily Kate and her adorable sisters, Ava and Grace! You can take a peek back at Lily Kate's newborn session here, but first, a few from our fun at the gardens!

To be honest, I had prepared myself for a bit of chaos when I was heading out to photograph three little ones 4 and under. To my pleasant surprise, these sweet kiddos were just amazing to work with! Sweet Evan!
I'm the "funny lady at the gardens" according to this sweet little guy! :) Evan wasn't too sure about me at first, but we were fast friends by the end of our session. That's a good thing too because he's going to be a big brother in a few weeks, and I get the chance to photograph him with his new baby brother!!
